No. WiQ runs entirely in the browser. Your kiosk just needs a tablet or monitor with an internet connection pointed at kiosk.walkinque.com.
Is there a contract?
No contracts. Monthly billing, cancel any time from your account settings.
Can I try Pro before paying?
Yes — new shops get a 30-day Pro trial, no credit card required.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. You can request an export at any time before then.
Is pricing per barber or per shop?
Per shop. You can add as many barbers as you need on the Pro plan without paying more.
